SERVICES / MECHANICAL DESIGN

Mechanical design.
Every detail connected.

Practical mechanical development for industrial equipment: machine assemblies, sheet-metal parts, and container-based layouts, shaped around fabrication and service access.

01 / WHAT WE DELIVER

Defined outputs.
Practical detail.

Confirm the technical scope before work starts.

01 / INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT

Industrial machine design

Develop machine concepts, mechanical assemblies, and equipment layouts around your process, manufacturing constraints, and maintenance needs. Machine frames and weldments are part of the assembly—not a separate structural-engineering offering.

Typical deliverables

  • Machine layout and assembly CAD
  • Component, frame, and weldment detailing
  • Assembly drawings, BOMs, and design-review updates

Concept illustration / assembly relationships and mechanical interfaces

Building engineering, stamped structural calculations, and specialist certification are outside this service. Required specialist reviews are agreed separately.

02 / FABRICATION

Sheet-metal design

Enclosures, panels, brackets, and fabricated assemblies, with attention to bends, fasteners, access, and assembly sequence.

Typical deliverables

  • Part and assembly CAD
  • Fabrication drawings and flat patterns
  • BOMs and supplier-review updates

Design principles / bends, mounting, access, and flat patterns
03 / EQUIPMENT INTEGRATION

Container & equipment layouts

Container-based equipment arrangements and mechanical packaging. Work through component placement, service access, mounting, and interfaces before fabrication.

Typical deliverables

  • General arrangements and layout CAD
  • Mounting and interface details
  • Assembly drawings and installation information

Container modifications, transport requirements, and any required approvals are defined during scope review. No blanket certification is implied.

Machine frames and weldments belong to the mechanical assembly. Building engineering, stamped calculations, and certification require separate specialist scope.

03 / ENGINEERING IN CONTEXT

Think in assemblies.
Design for the real world.

Geometry is only the beginning. Manufacturing, access, interfaces, and installation shape the details.

01 / MAKE

Fabrication-aware detail.

Bends, welds, fasteners, and assembly sequence considered alongside your supplier’s capabilities.

02 / FIT

Interfaces made explicit.

Mounting, clearances, utilities, and equipment envelopes reviewed before parts meet on site.

03 / MAINTAIN

Access designed in.

Space for operation, inspection, replacement, and servicing considered in the mechanical layout.

04 / HOW WE WORK

Clear steps.
Practical progress.

Start where you are.
Define what comes next, together.

  1. 01 / SCOPE

    Understand the job.

Review your goals, existing designs, and constraints. Agree on the scope, deliverables, and next milestones.

  2. 02 / DEVELOP

    Make it tangible.

Develop concepts and CAD, work through manufacturing details, and review the design with you.

  3. 03 / VALIDATE

    Refine the details.

Support prototype reviews and agreed checks. Track feedback and resolve issues before the next handoff.

  4. 04 / HAND OVER

    Keep things moving.

Deliver the agreed models, drawings, and BOMs, with clear revisions and support for your next step.
